About Jess
Hello my name is Jess and I am a friendly and encouraging Physics and Maths tutor. I have A levels in Maths, Physics and Chemistry and am currently studying a Masters of Physics so I am confident in my ability to help yourselves or your children achieve their goals up to GCSE level Maths and Physics. I have a passion for inspiring a love for the sciences and I promise to try my best to make a connection with individuals and tailor tutoring to the individual pace and needs of the student. I have experience volunteering with young and high school aged children of all needs and abilities although I have minimal experience tutoring maths directly I am confident in my ability to do so. All tutoring will be online via webcam.

Once I get to know the needs of the student we will tackle the main areas the student is unconfident with using a mix of practice questions we will go through together to build up confidence and techniques as well as finding new ways to remember concepts so that the student builds up confidence to continue improving outside of tutoring and make real progress. It's all about the individual student achieving their goals. I aim to be as friendly as encouraging as needed.
