About Abdssamad

I’m an advanced natural lifter and fitness coach who trains and programs based on actual training science — progressive overload, RIR-based intensity management, and real hypertrophy mechanisms — not generic templates copy-pasted between clients.

A big part of my coaching is working with people training around real physical limitations — shoulder, knee, or lower back issues that make them think intense, effective training is off the table. It’s not, when the program is built correctly around what your body can actually handle. I built my own current program from the ground up with these constraints in mind, so I know this territory from the inside, not just in theory.
