About Sebnem
Hello, I'm a doctor who's currently preparing for the board exams in Manchester.
I had a lot of overweight, hypertensive and diabetic patients whom I provided weightloss consultancy and follow up meetings while working as a GP last year, not to mention friends and relatives.
Eating habits can be very hard to change over night, and failures can be frustrating if there's no support and guidance when it's needed. Supporting people mentally and advising them from a medical perspective as they become more aware of their nutritional choices is something that I enjoy. Know that you're not alone, and I'll be here to give you a push whenever you're stuck or out of willpower.
