About Karin
Hi! I'm Karin, an English teacher from Chile with a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching and an MA in Applied Linguistics (TESOL). Over the past few years, I've taught learners of different ages and levels, including members of the Chilean Armed Forces, from cadets to colonels, preparing them for international assignments, achieving a 100% exam pass rate.
Having learnt languages myself, I understand how frustrating it can be to know the grammar but still struggle to express yourself naturally. That's why I focus on practical communication, helping students build confidence, improve pronunciation and use English the way it's spoken in real life.
Whether you're learning for work, university, travel, exams or simply personal growth, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and making real progress.
