About Lizzy
My work is rooted in personal transformation—I went from struggling with intense fear and anxiety around speaking to becoming a performer, host, and confident communicator.
That journey is what drives my coaching. I know firsthand how limiting fear and self-doubt can be, and I also know what it takes to move through it. Today, I help others do the same—building clarity, confidence, and a strong presence in how they communicate.
My approach blends techniques from performance, media, and real-world business experience. I’ve spoken, pitched, and presented in high-stakes environments, and I bring those proven tools into every session. Whether someone is overcoming nerves or just refining their delivery, I focus on helping them feel polished, in control, and genuinely confident.
Coaching with me is practical, supportive, fun, and results-driven. My goal is not just to help you get through a presentation, but to help you enjoy speaking, connect with your audience, and show up as your best self in any situation.

Students should work with me because I don’t just help you complete a speech—I teach you how to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in any situation. My coaching focuses on anxiety reduction, structure, clarity, and delivery so you know exactly what to say and how to say it without rambling or second-guessing yourself.
I blend performance psychology, improv-based techniques, and real-world communication scenarios to help you build confidence that actually lasts. We don’t just “practice once”—we build repeatable skills you can use in presentations, interviews, meetings, and beyond.
I’ve coached founders, professionals, and teams across companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Spotify, as well as worked with students, stay-at-home parents, Olympic athletes, and startup founders preparing high-stakes investor pitches. Everyone needs strong communication skills.
Students often come to me feeling nervous, unclear, or overwhelmed—and leave knowing how to structure their ideas, speak with authority, and feel genuinely confident when they present. My goal is not just to help you succeed in one presentation, but to give you core communication skills that will benefit you long-term.
