About Tatiana
I've been to the Olympics twice, once in Tokyo and once in Paris. In Tokyo, I made it to the semifinals of the Olympics and finished 11th in the final standings. At the European and World Championships I took 2nd and 3rd places. I have 15 years of swimming experience, which I can share with other athletes or beginners who want to swim. I have different training programs for different groups and ages.

I can teach you and your children how to swim professionally. Competently draw up a training plan, on water and on gym, with swimming technique and technique exercises. Also included in the program is advice on nutrition and daily regimen. Properly designed training will help you not only become stronger in sports, but also improve your health and strengthen your body.
