I am an Old Etonian who recently gained a scholarship to become a freshman in Columbia University's 2024 class.
I have a year experience when it comes to tuition most recently spending 7 months working as a GCSE maths tutor in Eden Girls School.

I give lessons to those aged between 10-16 who want to improve their maths ability mainly for 11+, 13+ or GCSE's
I like for the student to tell me what topics they struggle with so I can give them the appropriate exercises and we can work through the concepts together.
I focus on the student understanding the concepts rather than just regurgitating and therefore active participation of the student is important.
