About Mahathir

My name is Mahathir and I am hardworking, resilient and proactive in my learning as I am always looking to improve and face new challenges. I've been patient befriending at RLH where working directly with patients from the diverse community of Whitechapel and of multiple age groups has improved my communication skills as I understand the importance of making a patient comfortable through being adaptable and actively listening. Furthermore, I enjoy taking up leadership roles and being part of a team as I have experience from my time as the air cadet and captaining my football team. In my free time, I like playing football and badminton.

About the lesson

I am a committed tutor who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional support for my students. I understand that each student is different and hence tailor my lessons to improve their understanding and help students unleash their potential.

I plan my lessons by breaking them into time blocks to ensure I am able to maximise their efficiency whilst ensuring students are able to fully comprehend what they are being told through the use of presentations. I also provide resources exclusively for my students and if requested I can set targeted work so that they can improve in their own time.
