About Lisa
I am a 10th grade student who has been writing practically all her life. I’ve been working with kids my age and younger for years also. If there’s anything I’ve learned in my experience, it’s that everyone learns differently. My goal is not to ingrain commonly acceptable ideas found in literature, but for each student to be able to think for themselves and draw their own meanings from texts. For younger readers, I want to equip them to be the best readers they can be while not killing passion for the art. Finally, I want my students to be able to be advanced in their spelling and phonetic skills to be properly equipped for their future. After all, Writing will follow you everywhere.

I have over 10 years of experience in English subjects and writing. Lesson times and choices are very flexible and learning is personalized for the student. My goal is to revive the art of reading and writing in younger children or those my age, and I strive to make more kids as passionate for English and reading as I am!
