About Talha
I have 2 masters degrees in Psychology and currently training for a level 7 diploma in Mental health Wellbeing. I have 8years experience working with children and adults with mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression and psychosis. I have also mentored young adolescents to improve their lifestyle and career prospects. I am a diverse and dynamic individual who has a desire to help and give back. I offer the opportunity to work on personal development and develop a strong vibrant character, focusing on developing your relationships, management of emotions, confidence and self awareness with specific focus on improving your self identity and self worth. Sessions will be creative and led by yourself and shaped by the areas you tell me you want to improve on. Sessions are interpersonal and relaxed to provide you with the most impressionable learning experience.

I offer a free consultation for 60 minutes to explore the areas you wish to improve and together we create a individualised plan, tailored to your needs and expectations. I have experience teaching and delivering workshops to a range of adults both young and old. Sessions with me can be for those who wish to improve on aspects of their self such as building self awareness, a strong identity, relationships and conflict communication.
