Welcome to NeuroKind Careers I'm Emma, founder of NeuroKind and your guide through inclusive, strengths-based employment support. I’ve spent years working alongside neurodiverse individuals, care leavers, ESOL learners, and others who’ve been overlooked by traditional systems. My approach is practical, empowering, and rooted in lived experience. At NeuroKind, we don’t just talk about inclusion—we build it. I’ve helped nearly 200 neurodiverse people into sustainable roles by partnering directly with employers, designing sensory-friendly placements, and creating onboarding processes that actually work.
