I am a professional personal trainer. I have been qualified and doing this for over 10 years. Leading up to those 10 years, I trained myself and peers which is what led me to this career. I pride myself in my work and I take great care of my clients.

For mobile sessions, I bring my own equipment to you. For online sessions, we'll do a zoom, skype or whatsapp call and I'll train you using your own equipment or with none at all. I have over 20 years of experience and I look forward to working with you :)

Where do I start? This guy is awesome. He was referred to me by a friend of mine. Best decision ever. We get along like a house on fire and he has helped me tone up as well.
I trained online with Josh during covid. He helped me get my strength back and got me going back to gym. I am honestly grateful for what he has done. Keep it up man!
Josh is the best! Great service, always on time. We started with zoom sessions during covid and then switched to in person sessions at my home after lock down. I enjoyed the boxing and also muscle building.
I have been training with Joshua for 5 years and he is amazing at what he does. We have hit all my goals (weight loss and then muscle gain after that) and we have such a great time too.
