I offer beginner-friendly lessons with a focus on building a strong foundation in music, including music theory.

My child played piano with Aska from Summer 2022 until December 2024 when she moved away. After only 2 weeks with Aska, we knew she was the ONE. Not only did my child’s overall techniques improved but also her musical literacy. She learned to read the piano sheets, became a self motivated player, and that’s when Aska recommended ABRSM music accreditation to us. I have no music background and knew nothing about it, but Aska was very patient every step of the way. She also hosted 2 recitals annually; player show cased their hard work and at the end there was always a fun game for the whole family. Before she moved away, she referred my child to another pianist. Thank you, Aska for sparking her love for piano. By the way, Aska is also certified in Children’s Psychology. That’s an added bonus!!!

Aska was my son’s first piano teacher, and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience for him. Aska was kind, patient and encouraging, but also holds her students to a high standard.
