About Favour
My name is Favour and I am a nutritionist by profession. I am cheerful, easygoing, jovial, and a fun kind of person. I love food and that is why I went to study it. And so far I have learned that the majority of our health issues are a result of bad, poor, or inadequate nutrition. That is why I want to open your minds to what is right for your body.
