About Claire
I'm Claire, a Health and Nutrition Coach excited to teach, help and inspire others on their health and learning journey. I have Masters in Food Nutrition and Health and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. I am here to educate you on the science of nutrition, the pillars of good health, weight loss, gut health improvement or whatever your personal goals are.

• Evaluate client health and nutrition needs through discussions, food diaries, surveys, food recalls.
• Discussing nutrition and eating habits, and health goals with clients.
• Creating meal plans or guidelines to meet the goals of the client and improve overall health.
• Adjusting client plans as required by changing health markers and client preferences.
• Continual learning and keeping up to date with evolving science surrounding health & nutrition.
• Educating clients to make informed health decisions and encouraging questioning.
