About Sanjana
I am a passionate and enthusiastic being and have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in
Health Science majoring in Nutrition Bioscience from Edith Cowan University. Growing up in a family that primarily practices integrative medicine, I have been
brought up with a strong understanding, appreciation, and passion for preventative health
measures. My goals are to prevent and cure diseases
using a holistic approach, mainly through food and nutrition while educating people on the
importance of a healthy diet as I strongly believe that you are, what you eat. My future goals are to
complete my Masters in Dietetics to become an accredited dietitian under the Australian Dietitian
Association. I strongly believe I will be able to make a positive difference in your life, and I am thrilled to be able to help in any way I can!

I am a Health Science graduate with a major in Nutrition Bioscience and I am currently completing my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have a strong understanding on
- nutrition in food and its effect on human health
- how to assess the energy requirements of active populations
and the impact that nutrition has on athletic performance
Furthermore, I have experience as a tutor for high schoolers who were studying for their GCSE/IGCSE.
- My lessons are for anyone completing their undergrad in Nutrition
- They are also applicable for people who simply want to improve their understanding in nutrition and its importance as well as how to easily make it fun and sustainable in incorporating healthy eating into their lifestyle.
