About Ilseok
Learning a language is not an easy task, especially if you're trying to learn it by yourself. Languages were made to be used in communities, and I believe in order to understand them fully, they need to be used and practiced within communities as well. I am looking forward to helping you build that community, as both a friend and mentor. With 3 years of translation experience, I know what words and phrases could be difficult to use, and how to aid in your getting comfortable with the language. I ask that you trust me, and know that together we will be able to master the Korean Language.

Korean
I teach casual Korean using scenes from K-dramas and movies. Lessons last an hour on average, teaching basic phrases in the first half and learning to use them fluently in conversation in the second. I was a language tutor in Korea for a year, where I taught corporate leaders and high-school students to speak English and Korean fluently. My lessons are targeted towards anyone who wishes to learn Korean but is finding it difficult to practice or get casual with.
