About Eunice
As an international student who once navigated the challenges of learning a new language in Australia, I truly understand the hurdles and triumphs that come with it. Growing up in a tuition centre my mother owned, I had the privilege of learning from an early age and developing valuable teaching skills along the way. I’m passionate about meeting new people, and tutoring is a wonderful way to spend my free time when I'm not working as a Registered Nurse at Monash Children's Hospital.

"My teaching methodology is centered around a student-focused approach, where I tailor each lesson to meet the specific needs, goals, and learning style of the individual. I believe that every student has a unique way of understanding and retaining information, and I adjust my techniques accordingly. I use a combination of the following strategies:

Scaffolded Learning: Building from foundational concepts to more complex ideas, ensuring students have a strong grasp of the basics before advancing.
Real-World Applications: Connecting lessons to real-world examples to make the material more relevant and engaging.
Interactive Resources: Utilizing a variety of resources such as online quizzes, multimedia, and practical exercises to enhance the learning experience.
Continuous Feedback: Providing constructive feedback throughout the lesson to help students track their progress and address areas that need improvement.
Flexible Pace: Adjusting the speed of lessons to match the student's learning style, ensuring they feel both challenged and confident."
The typical length of a lesson ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s age, attention span, and the complexity of the topic. I offer both shorter, focused lessons for younger students or beginners and longer, more in-depth sessions for advanced learners. I find that 45 minutes to an hour is ideal for maintaining student engagement without overwhelming them.
