About Kaylea
I am very professional and empathetic, qualities that I honed to perfection in my years working as a RN. I had to put my nursing career on hold for medical reasons when the pandemic hit. I am currently looking for some part time work from home since my children are back in school. I really get excited teaching about things I am passionate about; as well I love working with kids. My primary focus during my 11 years in nursing was pediatric care and NICU care. In both areas a lot of teaching, caring, empathy and professionalism is done on a daily basis.

My main level I aim to tutor its elementary and middle school. (K- grade 9). I absolutely love math, biology and English grammer/reading. I love helping and teaching people things I am knowledgeable in. I am quite flexible with my teaching approaches as i understand everyone learns differently. I have 2 boys who are complete opposites in the way they learn so this has provided me with ample ways to teach different styles. I homeschooled them for 1 year and a half when their school closed for the pandemic. When they returned to school this year they are ahead of their peers who were not homeschooled (moved) .
