About Chrissy
My name is Chrissy and I am a qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I also have a passion for rehabilitation and for people with Parkinson's.
In my younger days I was a sprinter but once I had my 4 children I started taking part in duathalons, mini coast to coast, 50 kms races and marathons......I just loved running!
