About Noah
Hi! I’m Noah, a dedicated and enthusiastic college student with a genuine passion for history, travel, and learning about different cultures. My interest in history has grown through both my education and my experiences traveling to different countries, where I’ve had the opportunity to visit historic sites, landmarks, museums, and culturally significant places firsthand. Outside of school I really enjoy playing sports with my friends, watching football and baseball (go A's and Raiders!), and to cook. As a tutor, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can ask questions, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the material. I’m patient, reliable, and committed to adapting my teaching style to each student’s individual needs and goals.

My approach to tutoring is focused around making history engaging, understandable, and relevant to each student. I want to break down events and concepts into clear explanations, by using real-world examples and stories, and encourage students to think critically rather than simply memorize facts. A typical lesson would begin by reviewing the material and identifying areas the student finds challenging, followed by working through those topics together and ending with practice questions or a quick review. What sets me apart is my passion for history and my experience traveling to different countries and visiting historic sites and landmarks, which has given me a unique perspective on how history connects to the world around us. I am currently a college student with a high school diploma and offer tutoring for elementary, middle school, and high school students, including help with homework, essays, projects, test preparation, and building a stronger understanding of history.
