I believe in first understanding and assessing the interest, competency level, motivation, goals of the candidates to connect with them and set mutual expectations. Also attempt to demystify several misconceptions that youngsters carry picking up from random sources most of them of dubious credibility. Coaching is a job to be done with passion, involvement, conviction and commitment. I do not believe in teaching for scoring in competitive exams instead to build depth of understanding and generate interest, understand nuances in application. I believe students will find my approach interesting and challenging
