About Niomi

- What kind of experience do you have?

I have studied both classical and popular voice and piano up to degree level. I am also an experienced musician and songwriter and have performed my own material in concert, for radio, and recently released my first single with NX Records. I currently teach piano and keyboard lessons for Soundsteps Music School in various primary schools offering tuition to children from aged 5 and upward. Whether would like to improve your vocal/piano technique, understand music theory, need tips with your own songwriting or you're a complete beginner I am eager to assist you in fulfilling you or your child's musical potential.

About the lesson

I am a music teacher as well as a musician and artist. Currently, I teach piano lessons with Soundsteps music school and I also offer private vocal tuition.

- How much do you charge?

Initially we can meet at my studio to talk about what you would like to learn and for us to get to know each other. After this, I charge £25 per hour and £15 per half hour. If you would like me to travel to you I will add £5 to cover travel expenses.

- Where do you teach?

I am based in London, SE14. Nearby: New Cross, Brockley Surrey Quays, Lewisham, Forest Hill, Honour Oak, Ladywell, Catford, Peckham, Dulwich, Camberwell, Bermondsey, London Bridge, Croydon.

- When are you available?

At the moment my I am available to teach most weekdays and weekends.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

Piano - Age 5 +
Singing - Age 11+
Music Theory - Grades 1-5

- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.

I do not currently have experience with online tutoring but I am happy to offer lessons via skype with follow-up e-mails if requested.
