About Parvati
Being a terribly passionate television journalist, it’s just in me to help people get better. I’ve always been surprisingly good at being a story teller in a group. That’s just what a fun teacher is, at the end of the day. I am a yogi, a biker, a dancer and a tree hugger with 9 piercings and blue hair. So I’m NOT your average teacher/tutor. I was voted Teacher of the Year 2018 by 300 boys and girls in Kodaikanal Christian College not only because I was a cool teacher. But also because I always taught like the teacher I wish I had. I’m too fun not to respect, too loving not to accept and too out there not to genuinely learn from. I’m the kind of tutor who wouldn’t ask you to read books to learn English but watch movies with subtitles instead. Here to help India get better at English as easy as I did, that I now read news on Canadian television. Let’s do this the smart way. No less.
