About Aubrey

Hi! My name is Aubrey, I am a senior in high school, and specialize in mathematics and chemistry. I am a student-athlete, and I have worked through learning disabilities to succeed in accelerated courses. I can help with homework, lessons, or tips to study for future courses. I love talking and getting to know students. Meetings can be as flexible or structured as you need, and I will accommodate different learning styles.

About the lesson

I usually tutor middle schoolers or 9th graders. I will be flexible to the student's needs, I usually use visual representations to model the subject. Whether the student needs help with a lesson or subject in general, I am open to working through homework problems, or creating my own sample problems and overview of the curriculum. I have worked through ADHD and dyslexia in accelerated courses, so students with similar learning disabilities I will be able to offer accommodation and specialized help.

Perfect! Aubrey has been great so far. We’ve only had one session, but she already built a really nice connection with my daughters, and they felt comfortable and engaged with her right away. She seems patient and clear in the way she explains things. We’re looking forward to continuing with her. Highly recommended.
