I've had 16 years of interpersonal experience to guide me through various types of interactions with all sorts of people. Adding to that my training with the IAWP and now with the Online Yoga School, I am confident that I can support and guide you through achieving your goals!

Elicia loves to help people achieve their goals. When I started to have panic attacks recently, she knew exactly what to say and was very understanding of the situation.
