About Josie
I am a 44-year-old Kiwi wahine, who has lived abroad extensively in my life. My career has largely been in the health and wellness industries, I am a counselor and mental health support worker. My other passion, and experience has been in teaching and education. I have created and implemented educational programs with youth, in community etc. I have taught kids to elderly and absolutely love creating and structuring the learning content to suit their needs and requirements. I am passionate about the French language, I lived in a French family at 16-17 years of age and attended high school. This enabled me full immersion into the French culture, after which I became fluent and went on to later have a work visa and live and work in Paris as a foreign language teacher. I'd love to share my lived experience and knowledge of the French language and culture with my students.
