About Dawn
I have many years' experience in customer care where my English, written and verbal, has had to be excellent and accurate. I am an excellent speller and have strong knowledge of pronunciation and grammar. I have a friendly disposition with a good sense of humour and communicate with people on all levels. I take pride in all tasks I am faced with and will always find out if I don't know something. I am sure I would be a great tutor.

This would be my first time in teaching English to students. I am a good communicator with GCSE 2 in English language. Excellent with grammar and spelling, document display/letter writing and speaking skills. I have patience and empathy. I would have a strong attitude to student learning and success whilst also having a fun and relaxing exchange with students. I am a good listener and would be a support with difficulties they may encounter during their English learning process.
