About Benedetta
I’ve always been fascinated by biology and understanding how things work, especially within the human body, which is what led me to study Neuroscience.
I’m currently a Master’s student and I genuinely enjoy helping others make sense of topics that can initially feel confusing. I first started tutoring through peer support at school and found it incredibly rewarding to see students grow in both understanding and confidence.
I’m originally from Italy but completed my A-levels in the UK, so I’m fluent in both Italian and English and familiar with the UK education system.
I’m friendly, reliable, and approachable, and I always aim to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to learn.

Hi! I’m Benedetta, a Master’s student at UCL and a Neuroscience graduate from the University of Glasgow. I’m passionate about helping students achieve their goals in a structured, engaging, and supportive way.
I teach Biology at GCSE and A Level, as well as Italian for all levels. My lessons are student-focused and tailored to individual needs, whether that’s understanding difficult topics, improving exam technique, or building effective study habits. I use active learning methods like practice questions and past papers to ensure real understanding.
For Italian, I focus on conversation and real-life communication, while keeping grammar clear and accessible.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and flexible. I also have experience in peer tutoring and over three years of childcare, which has strengthened my communication and adaptability.
My goal is to create a positive environment where students feel confident and can reach their full potential.
