About Elsie
Hi I'm Elsie! I'm a senior at Wakefield High School in Raleigh and have excelled and loved math and science since elementary school. I enjoy helping kids understand math problems and units to get better grades on quizzes and tests.
I've successfully taken all AP Math classes and currently taking Calc III at Wake Tech to go along with my regular WHS schedule, which includes tutoring fellow students in math during our designated study times during the school day. I plan to continue my education and pursue an Engineering degree at Virginia Tech or University of Tennessee in the Fall.
I'm into softball, dance, am a student ambassador for Note in the Pocket non-profit and love cheering on the Hurricanes!
I would love to work with your student and help them to get better grades in Math.

I love helping kids with math, currently tutoring other students at WHS during our study time breaks throughout the school day.
I am a patient teacher and an excellent communicator, expressing different ways for kids to learn the material and enjoy seeing their faces light up when it all clicks.
I tutor middle school to high schoolers, up to Calc II. Helping your student understand the problems and units to be better equipped for quizzes and tests.
We can meet in Wake Forest, North Raleigh or online. Looking forward to seeing your student get better grades!
