I posses a teaching credential in Geological and Biological sciences as well as social science. I have over 10 years of in class teaching experience. In the past I have instructed classes of Earth science, biology, law, driver's education, U.S. History, and World History. Recently, started facilitating professional development in NGSS science curriculum for Amplify Science Curriculum.

It is important to understand what a student already knows about a science concept in order to connect new learning to prior understanding. Tutoring is designed for all students between the grades of 7-12. High school level focus is on biology and geology concepts.
