Hey students,
I am Adarsh from Kanpur, U.P.
B.Sc. with Maths and currently an aspirant of AFCAT. I also qualified both X and Y group Airforce exam and AFCAT exam in my very first attempt. And I just want to share my experience my short tricks with you all that they can also help you to crack the upcoming competitive exams.

Why are you busy in solving these easy questions using long methods instead you can use shortcut mathematics concepts explained by me. For eg:
Q. 85² ?
Long method:
Multiplication method
85×85 = 7225
Second method:
85×85 = (80+5) (80+5)
= 80×80 + 5×5 + 2×5×80
= 6400 + 25 + 800
= 7225
Adarsh method:
85×85 = Just multiply 8 with its next greater number i.e 9. and then write the square of 5 i.e 25. And combine them
8×9 and 5×5 = 7225.
Another example:
65×65 = 6×7 and 5×5
= 4225
