I was educated at a Canadian university and I have been teaching HAN students in a relaxed manner for three years now. Students are always very positive about these classes. Students see me as patient and student oriented. No worries, we can do this!

I use the direct instruction model: setting goals -> introducing topic and explaining theory -> doing assignments together -> letting pupils or students do assignments independently -> evaluate. Key ingredients are active student participation to make them become familiar with the material and gain confidence in themselves.
