About Hugo
I am Hugo, passionate about the world of weights, at 20 years old I have been training for 5 years, and I have first-hand experience like few people, because when I signed up my goal was to lose body fat and I went from +90kg to only 65kg in one year! All done by informing myself and learning by myself about what I am so passionate about. And from those 65kg I have been gaining muscle mass until today being +80kg naturally measuring 1'70m
Now the goal is to compete in a natural bodybuilding association after summer!
