I divide these lessons into long term and short term goals.
SHORT TERM goals are where I can coach you today on a particular task or function, and you can go apply that tomorrow at work (Meetings, Presentations, Stakeholder
interaction, Negotiations, Interviews etc).
LONG TERM goals could include your general command in formal & informal settings.
CONVERSATION & COLLOQUIAL
The only way to elevate your communication level is to challenge you with topics difficult and new to you.This exposes you to more grammatical mistakes,identifies gaps and lack of vocabulary.I use Paraphrasing to demonstrate how what you are trying to say could be made more articulate and eloquent.
