Hola! My name is Lucia, a 24-year-old girl from Barcelona. Teaching has always been my passion, and I truly enjoy helping others discover the beauty of the Spanish language and culture. I’m currently living in New Zealand with a Working Holiday Visa, where I’ll be staying for a year to experience the local culture, improve my English, and continue growing both personally and professionally. Hola! My name is Lucia, and I am a qualified Spanish tutor with a background in Early Childhood and Primary Education. I have several years of experience working with children and young learners, as well as teaching Spanish to international students and adults. Teaching Approach & Methodology My teaching style is communicative, interactive, and student-centered. Each lesson is tailored to your specific goals—whether you want to improve your conversational skills, strengthen grammar, or prepare for travel or academic purposes. I often incorporate games, stories, and real-life situations to make the language come alive. Lesson Length Standard lessons are 60 minutes, but shorter or longer sessions can be arranged upon request. Qualifications & Experience -Degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education. -Experience teaching Spanish and supporting language learning through creative and playful methods. -Over 7 years working with children of different ages and international backgrounds. Lessons for: - Children (5–12 years old): Creative and engaging sessions that introduce Spanish naturally -Teens and adults (beginner to intermediate levels): Focus on conversation, vocabulary development, and cultural understanding My goal is to help each student build confidence and truly enjoy the process of learning Spanish.
