About Patricia
Motivation:
It is my own experience as a learner of other languages that motivates me in my career: I have several years’ experience of living abroad and learning a new language and culture (both in France, where I completed a European Union sponsored internship programme with a multinational hotel Group, and in England, where I worked initially as a catering assistant at the University of Cambridge, and more recently as a receptionist at a city law firm). I have experienced the benefits of this experience: greater cultural awareness and the confidence that learning a new language gives to the student, and I am passionate about introducing children and adults to the opportunities that learning a language provides.
I believe I would be able to motivate students with my enthusiasm for learning languages.
