About Jose
I am Jesús Narváez, a certified Spanish teacher from Colombia with 4 years of experience teaching Spanish to students of various levels. My approach is rooted in my passion for language and culture, as well as my knowledge of Spanish phonetics, which allows me to help students master pronunciation and sound like native speakers. Over the years, I've taught both in-person and online, and I've had the privilege of working with students from different backgrounds. I believe in creating a positive and interactive learning environment where every student feels motivated and confident to progress in their language journey.

My lessons are fully tailored to each student’s goals and learning style. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your pronunciation and fluency, I create a supportive and engaging environment where you can build confidence. I place special emphasis on phonetics and pronunciation, helping you sound natural and understand the rhythm and melody of Colombian Spanish. We’ll work through real-life dialogues, interactive exercises, grammar in context, and cultural content that brings the language to life. You’ll not only learn to speak Spanish—you’ll speak it like a native.
