About Cristina
I am a Spanish architect who has made the UK a home for almost half a life. I love to help and teach people, and am also very chatty!
I have taught english and spanish to friends, family and many café acquaintances for over a decade, corrected essays and dissertations as a private tutor and read a whole library of literature as a book lover.
I am very curious and enjoy meeting new people, listening and asking many questions! I believe genuine interest backed by a native understanding of language and culture are the best teachers, and so I am here to help!

I believe practicing in conversation with native speakers and noting is the most effective way to solidify and dominate a language, learn about culture and express yourself confidently.
My teaching is tailored and dependent on your personal outcome and so I will adapt a program or keep it casual to make the most of our time to reach your goal and have fun in the process!
I can help with reading and writing as well as speaking, usually taking on a personal and friendly approach to any task at hand.
