About Ulia

With over 22 years of teaching experience, including 17 years online, I am a dedicated Turkish language tutor. I graduated from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, specializing in English and Turkish, which helps me teach Turkish to speakers of English, Ukrainian, and Russian. When teaching, I use the well-known textbook Istanbul, which provides clear, structured lessons for all levels. My approach is personalized and culturally rich, so students not only learn the language but also understand Turkish culture. I create a supportive and engaging environment to help each student reach their language goals.

About the lesson

I offer Turkish lessons for children and adults starting from age 7. Each class begins with a short conversation to activate prior knowledge and build speaking confidence. I use carefully selected textbooks and adapt each lesson to your level and needs. My students benefit not only from clear explanations but also from cultural insights, which help them understand the language in real context. I can teach in English, Russian, or Ukrainian, making learning easier for speakers of those languages.
