I believe a good Mandarin teacher should be student-centred, interactive, and immersive. This involves using a variety of techniques such as role-playing, language games, and multimedia resources to engage students and facilitate active learning. I also often incorporate both formal and informal instruction, providing ample opportunities for students to practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
