Hi! I'm a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from Taiwan, currently living in the UK.

Having lived and studied in the UK, I understand how challenging learning a new language can sometimes be. I believe that having a patient and supportive teacher can make a real difference.

I would love to share my language and Taiwanese culture with people who are interested in learning Mandarin Chinese.

I'm friendly, patient and easy to talk to, and I aim to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable practising, asking questions and making mistakes.

Whether you're an adult learning Mandarin for travel, personal interest or everyday conversation, or a parent looking for Chinese lessons for your child, I'd be happy to help you get started!

About the lesson

My Mandarin Chinese lessons are friendly, interactive and tailored to each student's age, interests and learning goals.

As a native Mandarin speaker from Taiwan, I teach Mandarin pronunciation, everyday conversation and traditional Chinese characters, while also introducing students to Taiwanese culture.

**For adult learners:**
- Mandarin for complete beginners
- Everyday conversation and useful expressions
- Pinyin and pronunciation
- Vocabulary for travel and daily life
- Reading and writing traditional Chinese characters
- Introduction to Taiwanese culture

**For children:**
- Basic Mandarin vocabulary and simple conversations
- Numbers, colours, animals and everyday objects
- Learning through pictures, games and stories
- Introduction to Chinese characters
- Fun activities adapted to their age and learning level

I believe learning a new language should be enjoyable rather than stressful. My approach is patient and encouraging, and I aim to help students build their confidence step by step.

Lessons can be adapted to your individual goals, whether you want to improve your speaking skills, learn to read Chinese or simply explore a new language.

No previous knowledge of Mandarin is required. Complete beginners are very welcome!
