About Sara
I have a PhD background in science and engineering and several years of experience in academic research. This has given me a strong understanding of chemistry as well as plenty of experience explaining complex scientific ideas in a clear and logical way.
I am patient and detail-oriented, and I enjoy helping students work through difficult topics step by step. My goal is to make chemistry feel more understandable and less about memorizing isolated formulas.
I am happy to work with students at different levels and adapt my explanations to their individual needs and learning style.

I focus on helping students understand the logic behind chemistry rather than simply memorizing formulas and reactions. With a PhD and research background in science and engineering, I am particularly good at breaking complex scientific concepts into clear, manageable steps.
Lessons are tailored to each student's level and goals, covering areas such as general chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical calculations, exam preparation and assignment support. I use worked examples and practice questions to help students understand not only what the correct answer is, but why it is correct.
A typical lesson is around 60 minutes. My lessons are suitable for high school and university students, particularly those who want to strengthen their fundamentals, improve problem-solving skills or prepare for exams.
