About Lu
I was born and raised in China and moved to Lund a couple of years ago for my higher education. I graduated from Lund University half a year ago with a Master's degree in Media and Communication Studies.
While when I was in my bachelor studies, I took the Certificate of Putonghua Proficiency Test and received the highest possible grade. The test is a profession prove required by Chinese language teachers, TV host, and broadcaster in China. I have 2 year of experience as a private Chinese tutor. My Swedish is intermediate but my English skills are rather good for teaching Chinese.

I design my course based on the students' language level and personal interest. For example, If the student is an absolute beginner then the course would be systematically designed from the entry-level. If the student already had some extent of Chinese knowledge then the course would focus on language developing and pronunciation correction. I think the best way to approach students differs from each individual, and my teaching values their differences. Each student has their strengths and shortness in learning, therefore it is essential that my lesson was set up to amplify their strengths and improve their shortness. I also prefer an interactive way of teaching, it is important we communicate, students should raise questions anytime and we speak a lot!
