About Ahyoung

안녕하세요! 저는 한국에서 태어나고 자란 한국인입니다.
I’m a native Korean speaker who grew up in Korea and now live in the U.S. Because I’ve experienced both Korean and American cultures, I can help you learn not only what to say in Korean, but also how Koreans actually communicate in everyday life.
Whether you’re completely new to Korean, learning because you love K-dramas and K-pop, planning a trip to Korea, or simply want to become more comfortable speaking with Korean friends or family, I’ll make the lessons comfortable, practical, and enjoyable.
I especially enjoy working with children, teenagers, and beginners. As a mom of two boys, I understand that every child learns differently. I’m patient, encouraging, and happy to adjust the pace and activities based on the student’s age, personality, and interests.

I can teach children, teenagers, and adults, and I’m happy to adjust the lesson style to each student's needs.
For beginners, we can start with the basics and gradually build confidence. For students who already know some Korean, we can focus more on natural conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and expressions that Koreans actually use.
My goal is simple: I want you to feel comfortable using Korean in real life.
