About Léa

Hello and welcome!

I’m a native French teacher and I’m passionate about languages, travel and cultural exchange.

I also speak English (C1) and Spanish (C1), and I’ve had the opportunity to live in the United States for a year, Mexico for a year, and I currently live in Spain. These experiences have allowed me to discover new cultures while also understanding the challenges that come with learning a foreign language.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages (Translation) and a Master’s degree in Communication.

I have taught French, English and Spanish to students aged 8 to 24, both online and in person.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is fully personalised: no two lessons are the same. I place a strong emphasis on conversation, as I believe it is one of the best ways to make progress and build confidence. We will also work on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation naturally, through a variety of activities, games and real-life situations.

Having learned foreign languages myself, I understand the challenges my students may face, and I support them with patience, encouragement and motivation throughout their learning journey.

Whether you want to learn French for travel, work, an upcoming life project, or simply to feel more confident speaking, I will adapt my lessons to your level and goals.

If you’re a beginner, don’t worry! I can also explain certain things in English or Spanish when needed, to help you feel more comfortable and make your first steps in French easier.

My goal is to help you progress at your own pace, in an environment where you feel comfortable practising, making mistakes and building confidence.

Book your first lesson with me, and let’s create a personalised learning plan to help you achieve your goals in French! I look forward to meeting you!
