About Bara
My name is Bara and I am a native French speaker that grew up in Ivory Coast; a french speaking country. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Administration that I obtained in Belgium and I currently work for the ministry of Health and long-term care as a bilingual inquiry officer. I completed my entire education in the French language thus I understand all facets of the French language as it incorporates myself within my daily life academically and conversationally.

I am comfortable working with people of all ages and am very passionate about what I do.
I will effectively be able to guide students on the path to success as a result of my ample amount of experience.
A typical class will involve developing listening skills through watching videos and answering questions regarding the video that the student is currently watching to demonstrate understanding. There will then be a reading portion that will allow the student to develop both speaking abilities as well as as reading. Once again there will be comprehension questions that are asked to check understanding. Each lesson will also focus on the development of new grammar concepts to help students improve on those skills. Throughout the lesson we will be communicating in French unless instructed otherwise or if I am working with someone that has no prior French knowledge. Throughout we will also be keeping track of any vocabulary that the student does not know so that we can build a bank of new vocabulary that the student can use to help support their French learning. The class will be very conversational (in French) to help really allow the student to put their new knowledge into practice.
