About Katell
Hi! I’m Katell, a native French speaker from France, currently based in Dubai
Having lived and traveled internationally, I know how important it is to feel confident using a language in real-life situations, beyond what you can learn from textbooks.
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and helping them become more comfortable speaking French. My approach is friendly, patient and relaxed, while still making sure each lesson helps you make real progress.
I particularly enjoy working with international students who want to learn French for everyday life, travel, work, or simply for the pleasure of speaking the language.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or already know some French, I’d be happy to help you become more confident and natural when speaking.

My lessons are focused on real-life French and conversation
My goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident speaking French in everyday situations — not just memorizing grammar rules!
Each lesson is adapted to your level, goals and interests. We can work through conversations, role plays and practical situations such as travelling, ordering at a restaurant, meeting new people, professional situations or simply having a natural conversation in French.
I also help with vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and common expressions, always using concrete examples and putting them into practice.
Whether you’re a beginner or already speak some French and want to become more fluent, we’ll progress at your own pace in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
Perfect for: everyday French, conversation practice, travel, expatriation and improving your confidence when speaking.
