About Marie
Integrating into a new language and culture is a challenge, but it is far from impossible.
As someone whose first language is not English, I had to travel to study and navigate a completely new world. I truly understand how you feel. I know that learning a language is a beautiful journey, but it requires consistency, practice, and—above all—extra effort to reach your goals.
For a long time, I thought that knowing my verbs and grammar was enough to speak fluently and succeed. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
I struggled to communicate because I didn't know the "social basics." No one showed me the codes, and I didn't have the right kind of practice. I felt stuck, and I don’t want that for you. That's why I want to be your mentor to help you improve your communication level.
