About Rose

I grew up and was in school in Paris and did my high school in the UK. I am entirely bilingual and have been working with elementary students, tutoring in both languages. I am currently living in Montreal for my bachelor degree in Economics and International Relations and am looking to teach French.

About the lesson

I believe that learning a language should be fun and entertaining. I prioritize conversations and activities which I think work best, rather than academic and 'old school' learning. I will adapt to what my students want to focus on, balancing activities/dialogues and more theoretical/grammar points.

Talking to a native speaker, analyzing vocabulary or pronunciation from songs/movies is more entertaining than learning French from a book!

I can also help students with homework/presentations/tests.

I will prepare the sessions in advance, focusing on what the student needs to work on. I will send the notes I will have from our meeting to the student at the end of the sessions! Organization is key and I will do my best to adapt myself to my student.
